TelTel partners with application developers and service providers to enable their services to be connected to the TelTel Network. Application developers and service providers leverage the vast array of consumer electronics devices already enabled and connected on the TelTel Network to increase service revenues. The TelTel Network platform makes it possible for application developers and service providers to rapidly create new value-added services and interoperability solutions, readily market these solutions to a pre-qualified community of users and seamlessly deploy and service these solutions.

TelTel provides application developers and service providers with a comprehensive Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) API library as well as other enabling software tools such as the TelTel Network Seed to allow existing applications to be easily integrated with the TelTel Network backend and new applications to be rapidly developed on the TelTel Network. Application developers and service providers currently shares service revenues with TelTel. TelTel, through the user web portal of its TelTel Network platform, promotes selected applications and services to the TelTel Network user community. TelTel currently partners with application developers and service providers in telecommunications, home automation and home entertainment.
